MVP v. Luke Gallows (w/CM Punk & Serena)

MVP comes out to a huge pop. He’s super over. Tron shows replay of MVP/Rey v. SES from last Friday. SES come out to a roar of boos. Lots of MVP chants. Back and forth. MVP had Gallows setup for the Playmaker, Serena distracted him. Gallows looked to end things. Mysterio came from the crowd and jumped Punk and gave him a DDT on the outside. Gallows was distracted and MVP hit a Complete Shot to win the match at about the 5 minute mark.

Post match (cameras off), Punk got the crowd heated.

Cameras on, Punk cut a promo on Rey. Called go a coward and called him out. Mysterio came out to by far the biggest pop of the night this far. Rey tainted Punk “what’s wrong Punk? You seem upset”. Rey wants to know where the masked mystery man is. Punk denies any knowledge of the masked man. Suggest that Rey has painted drugs on his mask. Great stuff. Rey says only one person is hallucinating and that’s Punk.

Rey wants to shave Punk’s head. The two talk about their victories. Rey suggest a rubber match. Rey loses, Rey says he’ll join SES. But Rey says if Punk loses, Rey gets to cut his hair bald.

Punk says that Rey is having a moment of clarity. Rey says he’ll join SES tonight without a fight if Punk shaves his head tonight. Punk turns it down. Rey says that he agrees with the message but not the messenger. Rey suggest that he and Punk can do some good together. Rey tells Punk to lead by example. A shave your head chant starts. Punk says his hair is a symbol of purity. Rey plans seeds in the heads of Luke and Serena. Good promo. Rey promises to put an end to Punk and the SES.

* CM Punk come outs and is interrupted by MVP. The Straight Edge Society beats down MVP. Rey Mysterio comes out for the save. Teddy Long comes out and sets up Rey Mysterio & MVP vs. CM Punk vs. Luke Gallows. The match is up now.

* Rey Mysterio & MVP b. CM Punk & Luke Gallows. After the match, the guy in the hood (Alex Riley) attacks Mysterio during the post-match celebration.

*There is what appears to be a barber’s stool set up on the stage.

*The Straight Edge Society is complaining the Teddy Long about Rey Mysterio cutting CM Punk’s hair. Long orders Punk & Luke Gallows vs. Rey Mysterio & Kane later tonight.

*A barber’s chair has been brought to ringside.

*The Straight Edge Society defeated Kane & Rey Mysterio when Punk rolled up Rey. Kane punched Luke Gallows out of the ring and chased him to the back. Mysterio went for a 619 but Serena got involved. Punk and Rey went back and forth and Punk ended up in the barber’s chair. Mysterio tried to shave his head but Punk escaped.

Rey Mysterio teamed with The Hart Dynasty to face CM Punk, Luke Gallows & Darren Young. The match was really great, and all involved received great responses from the crowd. The Miz watched from commentary, and the match ended when David Hart Smith gained the pin.

It’s announced that CM Punk will try to convert Darren Young to “Straightedge” later tonight.

SES comes out getting ready to convert Darren Young into Straightedge and CM Punk is getting “CM PUNK” chants in his hometown. Darren declines to convert, and Rey Mysterio comes out and accepts Punks challenge for Extreme Rules.
It’s announced that Punk vs. Rey in a “Chicago Street Fight” will happen next.

* CM Punk comes out and cuts a promo saying he wants a re-match against Rey Mysterio. He said he’s willing to sacrifice his hair. On his way up the ramp, Teddy Long stops him, and makes a match tonight against him and Undertaker.

* Undertaker b. CM Punk
- After the match Undertaker gets on the mic and says ‘never mistake respect for weakness’.

CM Punk defeated JTG with a GTS and pinfall. Shad and The Straight Edge Society were at ringside.

* SmackDown opens with a video package of Rey Mysterio & CM Punk from last week.

* Mysterio comes out to a massive pop. He says he can’t sleep at night after seeing his daughter crying thanks to CM Punk. He accepts Punk’s WrestleMania challenge for a Street Fight!

SES comes out talking about Rey’s family. Rey says to leave them out of it. He calls Punk a monster in both languages. Punk tells Rey that if he lays one finger on him before WrestleMania, the match is off. Pictures of Rey’s daughter is shown on the screen. Punk berates Ray on being a father.

Punk then decides in order for him to accept Rey’s match at WrestleMania that Rey must win a Street Fight tonight against Luke Gallows. He also tells Rey that if he loses at WrestleMania he must join SES. Rey accepts… He then says in Spanish “Go with God” followed by “God have mercy on your soul.”

- Luke Gallows gets the win after SES gets involved behind the ref’s back. Rey attacks Gallows as SES watches. He walks up the ramp and leaves disappointed.

* The family of Rey Mysterio come out with him and they sing happy birthday to his daughter. CM Punk and friends come out to cut a promo. They issue a challenge to Rey for tonight and WrestleMania. Rey also had Eddie Guerrero’s son with him. Punk sang happy birthday also to Mysterio’s daughter and it was very creepy.

* Kane vs. Luke Gallows goes to a no contest when CM Punk comes out and hits the GTS on Kane. Rey Mysterio came down and chased Punk to the back.

* Luke Gallows vs. Rey Mysterio. CM Punk says he wants Luke to make Rey pay for his sins for beating him last week. Rey Mysterio b. Luke Gallows. Punk comes in after the match and goes for GTS but Rey reverses it.
